Your chamber website and how it connects to the CRM

Updated Nov 5, 2026

What visitors see on your chamber's website is fed by the records you already keep in the CRM. Visitors never use the CRM itself. Everything public lives on your chamber's own site.

What shows up automatically

  • Directory: members who are active and marked visible.
  • Events: published events you chose to show on the public calendar.
  • Deals, jobs and news: items from members, once approved.
  • MarketSpace: member-to-member listings.

Because the site reads live CRM data, there is nothing to export or push. A change you make this afternoon is what a visitor sees this afternoon.

Already have a website you like?

Keep it. In Settings, open Shareables, pick what to show (member directory, events, member news, job board, member deals or MarketSpace), and paste the short snippet into any page of your site. It stays current on its own. Only chamber admins can open Settings.

Editing your pages

Chamber admins can click Website in the sidebar. It has three tabs: Homepage, Pages and Navigation. Homepage covers the hero text, buttons and images. Pages holds the extra pages you create, which are drafts until you publish them. Changes you save there go live automatically. Click View live site in the sidebar to see what visitors see.

If a section looks empty

An empty section usually means nothing is approved yet. Check these first:

  1. Is the member active and marked Visible in public directory?
  2. Has a deal, job or news item been approved?
  3. Is the event published and set to show publicly?
