Welcome. Chamber Culture is where your chamber keeps its members, dues, events, email and website together, so you are not juggling a spreadsheet, an invoicing tool and a separate email service. Here is a gentle way to spend your first hour.
What lives where
- Members: every business in your chamber, with contacts, notes and tier.
- Money: billing, invoices and the A/R aging report.
- Engagement: events, email broadcasts and automations.
- Publishing: your website, directory and member news.
Everything shares the same data. Add a member once and they appear on your roster, on their invoices, in event registrations and in your directory.
Your first hour
Chamber admins see a Setup guide checklist on the Dashboard. It checks each step off by itself as the real work happens, so there is nothing to tick.
- Import your existing members from a spreadsheet.
- Set up your membership tiers, so renewals and invoices have something to bill against.
- Connect your own Stripe account if you want members to pay online. Chamber Culture takes 0% of what you collect.
- Publish your member directory when you are ready.
- Send your first email to members.
Importing your members and setting up tiers are the two that matter most today. Payments and the directory are optional and can wait.
Good to know
- You do not need to finish every step in one sitting.
- Closed the checklist? Click Setup guide near the bottom of the sidebar to bring it back.
- Most actions ask you to confirm before anything is deleted, so it is fine to click around and learn.
- Stuck on a screen? Choose Help in the sidebar for the built-in guide.
