Settings is where you shape the CRM around your chamber. It is open to chamber admins only. Click Settings in the sidebar, then pick a section from the left-hand list (on a phone, use the Settings section menu). Each section has its own save button.
Your chamber
- Branding: your logo and colors, used across the CRM, your website and your emails.
- Public directory: how your member directory looks for visitors, and where you can embed it.
- Shareables: put your live members, events and news on a website you already have.
- Currency and region: your billing currency, how numbers are written and your time zone.
- Team: invite staff, set what each person can do, and remove people who have moved on.
- Your data: download everything you have in Chamber Culture, at no charge.
Membership
- Membership tiers: the levels a business can join at, what each costs and includes.
- Custom fields: extra details you want to record about a member or contact.
- Tags: short labels for grouping members and contacts.
- Business categories: the industry list your directory filters by. Change it once and every member follows.
Billing
- Taking payments: the card processor you use, automatic renewals and how event checkout behaves. Payments go to your own account, and Chamber Culture takes 0% of what you collect.
Messaging
- Member email: choose which automated emails members receive, and switch them all on or off.
- Sending domain: send member email from your own domain so it looks like it came from you.
Website
- Website & tracking: analytics and verification tags for your chamber site, and the member website program.
Integrations
- Accounting: move member, invoice and payment records into QuickBooks Online.
- Email marketing: keep a Mailchimp or Constant Contact audience in step with your roster.
- Zapier & developers: connect Zapier, or give your web developer an API key and webhooks.
- Event feeds: bring in events from another organization's online calendar. New events arrive as drafts for you to review.
AI
- AI features: every place the CRM uses AI, what it costs, and how to turn any of it off.
Good to know
- Changes to billing, member email or payments can affect your members, so read the note beside each control.
- Set your time zone early in Currency and region. Some features, such as Chamber Connect, ask for it.
