Running reports and monthly board packets

Updated Nov 5, 2026

Reports turn a question about your chamber into an answer you can hand to your board, without any spreadsheet wrangling.

Run a report

  1. Click Reports under Insights in the sidebar.
  2. Pick a report from the list. On a phone, use the Choose a report menu.
  3. Narrow it with the filters that appear, such as dates, status, membership tier or tag.
  4. Click Download CSV to save the results to a spreadsheet.

Ready-made reports include Members by status, Lapsed members, Members by tier, New members, Upcoming renewals, Revenue by month, Dues aging, Event attendance, Email engagement, Retention and churn and Drop analysis by reason. The full list is on the page.

If your chamber has plain-English asking turned on, you will also see a question box. Type something like "Show me lapsed members in Q2 by tier" and click Ask AI. No box? Every report is still available from the list.

Always read the interpretation note above the results. It states exactly which report, filters and dates were used. If the answer is not what you meant, adjust the filters or pick another report.

Member referral results has its own page under Insights.

Monthly board packet

Chamber admins can prepare one packet per month for the board.

  1. On Reports, click Monthly board report and choose a month.
  2. Review the figures drawn from your CRM records.
  3. Add any budget and comparison numbers, plus your notes under Wins, Concerns and Board decisions needed.
  4. Click Save draft to keep working privately, or Publish board packet to save a dated snapshot for the board.
  5. Click Download PDF packet for a printable copy.

Figures you leave blank show as Not available rather than zero.

Letting the board read it

Invite board members from Settings, then Team, using the Board Viewer role. They can read published packets and download the PDF, and they cannot open member or invoice pages.
