The CRM does a lot, but the sidebar on the left keeps related things together, roughly in the order you reach for them. Once you know the groups, finding anything is quick.
The sidebar, top to bottom
- Dashboard and Tasks sit at the top. The dashboard is your home screen, and Tasks is your team's shared to-do board.
- Members holds Members, Prospects, Contacts, Membership applications and Inquiries.
- Money holds Billing, A/R aging and Sponsorships.
- Engagement holds Events, Bookings, Comms and Automations.
- Publishing is for your website and everything on it: Website, Landing Pages, Hot Deals, Job Board, Member News, Documents, MarketSpace and the Directory tools.
- Insights holds Analytics, Reports and Member referral results.
- Settings and Imports sit in the settings group, along with Setup guide and Help.
You can click the chamber's name or logo in the top corner from anywhere to return to the dashboard.
Jump to a member fast
Press Cmd+K on a Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows, from any screen. A search box opens. Start typing a business name, a person's name or an email, and members and contacts appear as you type. Use the arrow keys and press Enter, or just click a result, to land on that record. Press Esc to close it.
Good to know
- Your sidebar depends on your role. Chamber staff see a shorter sidebar than chamber admins. Screens such as Settings, Website and Approvals are for chamber admins only. If a link is missing, it is almost certainly your role, not a bug.
- The Help guide is in the sidebar, and also in the account menu in the top corner.
