The A/R aging report shows who owes you money and how overdue it is, so you always know where to spend your time.
Open the report
Click A/R aging in the Money group of the sidebar. You can also reach it from the Billing page.
Each member with an open invoice gets a row. Their balance is split into columns:
- Current
- 1–30 days
- 31–60 days
- 61–90 days
- 90+ days
The Total column and the totals row add everything up. The figures are calculated each time you open the page, so there is nothing to refresh. Draft, paid and void invoices are left out.
Click Download CSV to take the table into a spreadsheet for your treasurer or bookkeeper.
Reminders that go out on their own
Chamber Culture emails members automatically at three points:
- 7 days before the due date
- 7 days after it is overdue
- 21 days after it is overdue
Each invoice gets at most one email per stage. An invoice first noticed at 25 days overdue gets only the 21-day email, never all of them at once.
A simple weekly rhythm
- Open A/R aging and look at the 31–60 days and 61–90 days columns.
- Call or email those members personally. The automatic reminders usually handle the newer ones.
- Check the 90+ days column before each board meeting.
If a member says they never got a reminder
First check that the email address on their member record or primary contact is correct. That is the most common cause.
